We know. The Sinclair Method sounds too good to be true but it really works. Jessica Shea, LCSW, our founder, has found success with this technique in her personal life and is leading this group to provide hope and support to those overcoming Alcohol Use Disorder with the Sinclair Method.

This group is psycho-education and support based with experiential techniques to reduce anxiety as your drinking behavior decreases. This group utilizes Mindfulness techniques and each group includes a 15 minute guided meditation to help you feel more relaxed, centered and focused.
