Shae uses an integrative approach that focuses to connect the mind to the body, creating lasting change. She is passionate about building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel supported and empowered. Her approach to therapy is grounded in attachment and is trauma-informed, allowing space for you to connect with yourself and others.
She specializes in navigating difficult life transitions, relationship issues, and trauma and PTSD. She is trained in a variety of modalities and treatment strategies to inspire hope. In sessions, she incorporates both a modern and postmodern approaches using a variety of theories, including the Gottman method, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
